Q: What is "Atomic Gurus" all about?
A: Atomic Gurus was created to make it easier for busy people to acquire the most useful skills using learning methods that don't feel like a burden. HR and Talent Managers love us because we help them to reduce the cost of bringing practical skills that move the needle on their objectives for their organisations.
Q: Who are your Trainers?
A: Good question. Our trainers are hand-picked for each course based on their proven expertise in their fields. We look for competence—not just in their academic backgrounds, but in their real-world practice of the subject matter. Our mission is to help you take clear action after completing one of our courses.
Q: Do you conduct in-person workshops?

We sure do! We have a network of trainers, coaches and consultants with a wealth of experience in conducting and facilitating live workshops. Individual coaching is also a speciality of ours (Just so you know—this online platform is just a segment of our professional development curriculum).
Q: Do I have to download your app to access your courses?
A:
Our courses are web/mobile-based. So all you need is a browser on any
internet-connected device. The courses are all responsive and should
work well with any modern browser. You should update to the latest
version of the browser you're using just to be sure.
Q: Do you have any other apps or tools?
A: We do. We've created three specific tools to help with sales prospecting, customer discovery and leadership assessment. Contact us to find out more.
Q: How much are your courses?
A: Prices are set by the individual trainers but typically range between US$49 and $149. There are several FREE courses as well.
Q: Is my credit card information safe?
A: We've partnered with Inspiration Labs and Stripe for our credit card payments (You'll see "Inspiration Labs" on your credit card statement). Stripe is a global online payment processor that is trusted by thousands of businesses across the globe. All transactions are SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protected. Stripe is a PCI Service Provider Level 1 which is the highest grade of payment processing security. We don't keep ANY of your credit card data. All credit card numbers are encrypted and safely stored in Stripe's state of the art data-center. This ensures both the security and integrity of your payment information.
Q: Do I need to give you my credit card information to do a FREE course?
A: Nope. Just sign up, verify your contact information and you're ready to go!
Q: What should I do if something doesn't work as expected or I spot a bug/typo?
A: Let us know using the "Contact us" button as soon as you can! We'll get it sorted (Oh, BTW, thanks a lot. Good looking out!)
Q: Can I get a refund if I don't like a course that I've paid for?
A: Absolutely! We want to ensure that you get the value you expect from your investment in yourself. Contact us within 14 days of your purchase and we'll happily give you a full refund. Click here for our full terms of service.
Q: Will I get a certificate when I complete my course?
A: Individual trainers can generate quizzes, with or without a passing grade for each of their courses. They can choose to offer certificates of completion as an option. So some courses will include them, while others will not.
